Kids Craft: Snow Measuring Sticks – Nov. 20th or Nov. 29th
The Snow is coming! Join us in making a snow measuring stick so you can know how much snow we get this season.
We’ll do the same craft on both dates, so choose the day that works best for you.

Make-it Monday: Holiday Ornaments – November 20th
The holidays are fast approaching and we’ll create two fun ornaments. These ornaments make great gifts or use them to decorate your holiday tree.
For ages 13 and up.
All materials provided.

Baking Yesteryear: A Taste-Test of History – November 18th
Inspired by the book Baking Yesteryear by B. Dylan Hollis, and with help from the Cannon Falls Historical Society, the library has gathered a collection of recipes from 1880-1989 organized by decade for people to look through and sign-up to cook at home and bring back to share at a buffet-style sampler feast. Participants are strongly encouraged to dress your decade!

Library Tails – November 14th

There will be no meeting with Sven this month.
Kids ages 6-12
Register for a 15 minute time slot
Spend some quality time reading with Spring or Sven, licensed therapy dogs from Pet Partners.
- Private reading sessions are 15 minutes long. Call or stop by the library to see available time slots, and to sign-up.
- The dogs trainer, and Alexa the librarian will be present at the session. Parents/caregivers are welcome to come in as well.
- There will be a wait list if time slots fill completely.
