Wire Wrapped Pendants – May 24th


Join us for a DIY craft night Thursday, May 24th, from 5:30 – 7 pm. Learn to make two kinds of pendants with basic wire wrapping. Both styles are beautiful and personalized to your own style.

For ages 12 and up.

Michele Hoffman, certified yoga therapist at Mayo Clinic Health System and the owner of Bluff Country Yoga, will be here to show you and talk about, how Yoga therapy utilizes the tools of yoga to reduce or eliminate symptoms of suffering.
Yoga therapy is an effective therapy, complementary to traditional medicine, in treating and managing many health conditions such as chronic pain.
