Warm Up with a Good Book this Winter and participate in our Reading Program for Adults & Teens.
Open to adults & teens ages 13+
Registration:
Registration will be available both online and at the Library beginning Tuesday, January 31st through Monday, March 11th. Participants will need to provide their first & last name and contact information (email and/or phone) to register. Initial registration constitutes entry into the prize drawings, all of which will be held on March 11th. Need not be present to win, though prizes will be selected by the winners on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participation Prizes:
After the initial registration, participants may choose a specialty chocolate reward each time they visit the library to check out a book or attend a library program.

Grab a book and join us by the fireplace for some quiet, quality reading time in silent solidarity with a few fellow book-lovers. It’s the perfect excuse to escape for a while and get some serious reading done.
Meets on the Teenth Tuesday of every month.

6:30pm—7:00pm: Optional Book Chat (or just continue to read)

Tuesdays – Balance
Nicole will help you improve your balance and develop better proprioception and lower body strength. No equipment necessary.

Thursdays – Walk to the Rhythm
Move and groove to the beat of the music with this dance walk workout led by Nicole. If you have mobility issues, the workouts can be adapted to sitting in a chair. Arrive early to talk to Nicole about modifications. New participants should get medical clearance from their medical providers and sign a liability release.

Decorate or create a hat to celebrate any winter holiday!
Drop your hat off at the CF Library’s front desk between Nov. 28th and Dec. 12th.
There will be two age groups:

  • 12 and under
  • 13 and over

The public will vote on the entries from Dec. 13th – 21st.
Prizes will be awarded for the top 3 winners in each age group.
The winners will be announced on Thursday Dec. 22nd on the CF Library Facebook page and CF Library Website.
