Library in Motion: Yo-Chi Fridays at 12 noon
Participate in this fusion class of yoga and tai chi. This 30-minute, moving meditation class will challenge your stability and mobility, improve your balance, and calm your mind. Taught by certified group fitness instructor and Library Director, Nicole Miller.

Library in Motion: Gentle Chair Yoga – Fridays in April
Join Nicole in the meeting room for gentle chair yoga at the library. No experience necessary. Nicole will guide you in moving your body through gentle ranges of motion, breathing, and stretches so you feel relaxed and centered.

Library in Motion: Slide into Fitness – Fridays at 12 noon
Who says chair fitness can’t be fun? With a chair, some sliders (or paper plates), Nicole will guide you through a fun cardio workout that will also make you feel your muscles working. This workout is especially great for adults who may have some limited mobility or problems with balance, but still want to exercise. But remember, movement is good for everyone!
All new participants are required to sign a waiver and are encouraged to have clearance from their medical practitioner to start a new exercise program.
