Join us for Basic Birding with Joel Dunnette, president of Zumbro Valley Audubon and MN Master Naturalist. He will be discussing why and how to care for birds. The discussion will be followed by a guided birding walk on the Cannon Falls City trail.

Laura MacKenzie – March 2nd

Join us for an evening of Celtic music with Laura MacKenzie on Friday, March 2nd, at 6 pm.

Laura presents traditional music on a fascinating array of wind-powered instruments, including a variety of wooden flutes, tin whistles, various types of bagpipes, concertina, gemshorn and voice.

This program is made possible by a Library Legacy grant.


Literary Game Night – Feb. 23rd

Calling all bookworms and word game lovers!

Join us for Literary Game Night on Friday, Feb. 23rd, from 6-8 pm

Feel free to bring your own personal favorites. This is open to all ages, though most games are intended for ages 12+.

Author Shawn Otto – Feb. 15th

Welcome Minnesota author Shawn Otto to the library on Thurs., Feb. 15th, at 6:00 pm.  He will be discussing his book The War on Science, winner of the 2017 Minnesota Book Award for non-fiction.
