Effective immediately, the Cannon Falls Library is expanding browsing appointments to every half hour, beginning at 10:00 am until closing. We are also extending our Tuesday hours to 7:00 pm. We are still limiting browsing appointments to 5 people, but will allow larger families to explore the library as a group. Please call 507-263-2804 during open hours to reserve your spot.
Computer use appointments will remain limited to up to 3 people at the top of the hour due to the need for physical distancing at public computers. Patrons will only be allowed 45 minutes on the computers before being asked to leave the building. Computer stations are sanitized after each use.
All patrons (except children aged 2 and under) are to wear masks while in the library, as a courtesy for others. Masks should cover both the mouth and nose.
Due to the overwhelming popularity of curbside service, we intend to continue this service. We are also continuing Mystery Grab Bags. Call 507-263-2804 during open hours to make requests and to arrange for curbside pickup. Requests can also be made by logging into your library account online with your library card number.
We are not presently allowing groups to meet in the library until further notice.
