Join us for Fit Fridays: Balance & Strength for Beginners. If you are looking to improve balance and overall strength, this is the class for you. Low impact, low intensity and we’ll use chairs and water bottles for equipment. This class is truly for beginners and seniors. We will have modifications so you can follow along at your own level.
*All participants must sign a waiver and are encouraged to consult their physician before starting this or any exercise.
