Tuesdays – Chair Yoga

Improve your balance and calm your mind and body with gentle yoga using a chair. Modifications available for multiple abilities.

Thursdays – Walk to the Rhythm

Increase your stamina and cardio-respiratory health with this low-impact moderate intensity workout.

Fridays – Circuit Training
Increase your strength, improve your bone health and experience other health benefits from resistance training.

All new participants are required to sign a waiver and should have medical clearance before starting this or any other exercise program.
