Join Nicole for Library in Motion: Balance & Strength Class at East Side park.
If you are looking to improve balance and overall strength, this is the class for you. Low impact, low intensity, and we’ll have modifications so you can follow along at your own level.
In case of inclement weather, the program will be cancelled for the day.
*All participants must sign a waiver their first class.
