Library in Motion: Gentle Chair Yoga

Join Nicole in the meeting room for gentle chair yoga at the library. No experience necessary. Nicole will guide you in moving your body through gentle ranges of motion, breathing, and stretches so you feel relaxed and centered.
*All new participants must sign a waiver before their first class.
