Resistance training for 20 minutes, 2-3x per week is proven to increase physical and mental health, decrease fat, and maintain or regain muscle and bone density! Using easily transportable equipment like resistance bands, kettle bells, and body weight, participants will learn good technique doing exercises that will increase their ability to perform activities of daily living. All new participants must sign a waiver before their first class and should get medical clearance before starting this or any other exercise program.
