Fridays at 12 noon

Participate in this fusion class of yoga and tai chi. This 30-minute, moving meditation class will challenge your stability and mobility, improve your balance, and calm your mind. Taught by certified group fitness instructor and Library Director, Nicole Miller.
*All new participants must sign a waiver before their first class.
