The Cannon Falls Library is opening their doors for Grab and Go Services effective Monday, March 15th. Grab and Go Services will include express visits for browsing, picking up library holds, checking out items, and computer use.
Library users will be able to enter the library without appointments for once daily visits of up to 30 minutes. Since the mask mandate is still in effect, all patrons and library staff are expected to wear masks covering mouths and noses while in the library. Library staff will be happy to provide curbside service for those uncomfortable entering the library or for those who choose not to wear masks. Due to the popularity of Mystery Bags and Storytime Kits, the library will continue to provide them. Users can pop into the library to pick one up or call and ask to have one ready for curbside pickup.
Library programs will remain virtual and, as the weather warms up, transition to some outdoor programs in the Library parking lot and in parks around town. Check the Cannon Falls Library Facebook page and website frequently to get updates about programs, or sign up for monthly newsletters about upcoming programs and their venues and formats.
Please bear with library staff as they try to be responsible and safe for all members of the community. See you again soon in the library!
