Tuesdays – Balance
Work with Nicole on improving your balance and proprioception (awareness of your body’s movement and position) through static and dynamic movements. This is a low intensity, low impact exercise that will strengthen your lower body.
Thursdays – Walk to the Rhythm
Walk and move to the beat of fun music in this low impact, moderate intensity workout that lasts only 30 minutes. Make sure to get medical clearance prior to starting this or any other fitness program.
