The Cannon Falls Library is offering a free virtual Couch to 5K program this summer, starting now, or whenever you feel ready.
The program is designed to help beginning or lapsed runners of any age work up to being able to complete a 5K, injury free. Participants will receive a weekly email training plan that includes strength & flexibility routines and helpful tips.
