Join us for Well Wednesdays: Balance Class
Seniors and those seeking to improve their balance will work on developing proprioception. Participants are encouraged (but not required) to go sans shoes to feel the ground with their feet while balancing. *All participants must sign a waiver and are encouraged to consult their physician before starting this or any exercise.
